Intelligent Fluorescence detector for use in biochemical and medical research fields for analysing organic compounds. Versatile time-programming capabilities are provided for wavelength, response, range, spectral scan, etc, permitting highly selective and sensitive detection of various compounds in a mixture sample at optimum excitation and emission wavelengths. A rapid scan feature allows on-flow spectral acquisition for both emission and excitation spectra without interrupting chromatographic elution, facilitating optimization of detection parameters.
