Syngene G:BOX Chemi XX6 Gel Documentation System – ex `demo
The G:BOX Chemi XX6 is a versatile gel documentation system for blots and gels. High performance imaging has been proven to achieve comparable sensitivity to film with the added benefit of using advanced software tools to optimise the imaging of faint bands. The G:BOX Chemi XX6 is capable of many imaging applications including DNA/Protein gels, chemiluminescence, stain free gels, coloured multiplex fluorescence blots, 2D gels and In Vivo applications (additional accessories may be needed). There is a Peltier cooled, high resolution 6MP camera, capable of producing 16 bit images (with 65535 grey scales). The camera chip is a leader in the field with a QE of 73% at 425nm (peak 77%). The system has an F0.95 lens with motorized iris and focus (with feedback) for short acquisition times.
