Thermo Multiskan Spectrum and Multiskan 2.4.4 Software 51118650 Type 1500
The Multiskan Spectrum is a computer-controlled spectrophotometer (Fig. 3.1) that measures the absorbance of solutions in a 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 or 384-well plate or in a 1 cm pathlength cuvette. The instrument can read the absorbance in end point, kinetic and spectral scanning measurements in the UV/Vis/NIR range. The Multiskan Spectrum is also equipped with a shaker and an incubator. The instrument is run using Thermo Scientific SkanIt Software 2.4.2 (or greater), which controls all the instrument functions and provides data processing as well as reporting functions.
