The AlteCap Solo (Mfr. No. 404001) is a handheld semi-automated electronic decapper for 2D barcoded tubes. It operates on a built-in 1300mAh lithium battery and features a multi-use stand that charges the device via a Micro-USBconnection. Works with AlteTubes (AltemisLab) and most screw-cap cryogenic vials from other major manufacturers & universally compatible with standard 24, 48, and 96 SBS-rack format screw-cap tubes.
