Bio-Rad E.Coli Pulser Transformation Apparatus Electroporation System 1652104
Used for the electroporation of Escherichia coli where pulses of very high field strength are applied to samples of small volume and high resistance. The internal circuitry of the E. coli Pulser apparatus greatly reduces the incidence of arcing at high voltage, and is protected if a high voltage, high current arc does occur. The unit is designed to fire into a high resistance sample.
