Oerlikon-Leybold SOGEVAC SV40 10905 Vacuum Pump
The SOGEVAC SV 40 to SV 100 are single- stage, oil-sealed rotary vane pumps.
The anti-suckback valve, gas ballast valve (optional), exhaust filter, oil return circuit are integrated functional elements. The pumps are driven by a directly flanged motor
