Scotsman Stainless Steel AF103 Ice Flaker
Ice flakes are extruded at a temperature just below zero degrees and contain 20% residual water content. The flake ice is stored inside an insulated, plastic lined storage bin with front opening for easy access. Electrical supply 230V/50Hz.
