The Bio-Rad Gene Pulser Xcell is a modular electroporation system used to transfect virtually all cell types—including mammalian cells, bacteria, and fungi—by delivering an electrical pulse to introduce DNA, siRNA, or other biomolecules.
The Gene Pulser Xcell system features:
