Pharmacia Biotech IPGphor Isoelectric Focusing System
Performs first dimension isoelectric focusing (IEF) in 2 dimensional (2D) electrophoresis. The IPGphor unit includes a high-voltage DC power supply, solid state temperature control, and can be programmed with up to ten user-defined IEF protocols.
Programmable functions include:
- Rehydration time
- Platform temperature
- Maximum current limit
- Voltage change pattern
- Voltage for each step in the isoelectric focusing program
- Step duration
