TA Instruments ARES Advanced Rheometric Expansion System
The Advanced Rheometric Expansion System (ARES) is a mechanical spectrometer that is capable of subjecting a sample to either a dynamic (sinusoidal) or steady shear strain deformation, and then measuring the resultant torque expended by the sample in response to this shear strain.
We have powered up but cannot test further. Also it may be incomplete so is sold as spares/repairs on a non-return basis. Images form part of the description.
